Florida dealer? If so, and if it helps, mine arrived at the Jacksonville port on Thursday the 27th Monday the 24th, and was across the state and on the dealer lot yesterday (the 31st).

yes Florida dealer hopefully it’s this week that’s what the other dealership told me… my dealership told me it should hit the lot in about a couple weeks

Sorry, man, I just edited my post as it actually arrived at JAX on the 24th, not the 27th. Germain Lexus told me two weeks, as well, but said they sometimes come sooner. Mine did.

I looked and couldn’t find mention of it in any market. I hate aftermarket and would of paid a pretty penny to keep it OEM but I gave up. I’m still holding out for one day finding a OEM black PRADO emblem.

Default ECO mode/light on 2023 GX. Horrible throttle response!

Can anyone shed some light, or a fix. The throttle response on this vehicle is horrible. I keep seeing the ECO light turn on, on the dash. I figured it was monitoring my driving style, as I was babying my new ride out of the dealership. But after a while driving, I noticed it go off and on. The throttle response is really bad, and you need to bury the throttle to make the engine do anything. Kind of dangerous when needing that response in traffic. Is there way to fix this? I did just order a Banks Pedal Monster in case there's no way to fix this with a setting in the vehicle. If manufacturers are doing this to save a 1/2 mpg, then I think it's a big mistake. Thx!

From the manual, the Eco mode measures the driver inputs, it does not alter the vehicle dynamics

Throttle response is intentionally this way from Toyota/Lexus. Consider this…

I installed this and my GX came alive! Now I feel that lovely V8 every time I drive!

Installed the same on my 2019 GX460 and 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser ... huge difference ... like this better than the Pedal Commander ... simple with an excellent App (iPhone or Android) that makes it easy to adjust specific to your liking. Both vehicles no longer have "Lardy" throttle response. I have both adjusted to the 40% setting ... with both now having immediate throttle response with sportier shift points. Best $200 spent ... and only takes 15-minutes to install. MPG is close to original ... all about how much "foot" is applied.

Default Current Market (Nov. 22’)

Hi all, new to this forum and a 2nd gen GX owner (2020). Has anyone looked at any sites like KBB or true car recently to see “My Cars Value”? I was curious because on apps like auto trader and carfax, I see most GX’s 2020 and above priced $50k+, however on the valuation websites I see the $35k range. Are people really buying 2020+ GXs from dealers at a $15k discount from list price (I know I didn’t)?

Have carvana and vroom give you a valuation. Carvana gave me a huge offer for my 2022 Toyota RAV4 Prime so I took it.

Don’t know. It was immediately sold as I never saw it even listed. It was a magnetic grey 2022 SE with ~16,2XX miles or so.

My experience with dealers are that they are paying the absolute minimum for trades, usually the cash value minus repairs based on KBB. That is substantially less than the trade in price quoted on KBB. Lexus dealers really don't want trades unless they can make massive profit, just like when they sell new vehicles above MSRP. Less used, means more competition for new. Just my opinion and experience with addressing trading a 2017 GX 460 Luxury.
