Thank you again for that. I have that app but I don't see where you enter the VIN. Could you please point me

I don’t know if I did mine right. I’m waiting for a GX as well. I Signed up for a new account. At some point in the process it asks for a vin.

this is how it looks now. I haven’t tapped “activate” because I don’t actually own it yet so I have no proof yet.

You can activate it beforehand with Lexus. You just have to have a Lexus account and call in to get the code.

At least it worked last year when I was waiting for mine. I activated it while it was still at the port. I knew it was as the dealership and ready for pickup before my salesman did 🤣

I actually locked the doors the night before I went to pick it up because they didn’t.

Mine is at port as well.
I hit activate and it asks to press the SOS button inside the car. You called a Lexus customer svc line instead?

That’s correct. I just called them.

The vehicle does have to at least be showing some connectivity before it’ll Activate though so if there aren’t any vehicle updates yet you’ll need to wait awhile.

When I open the window sticker from the dealer website, it has a date of 11/18/22.
Is it the build date?

I’m waiting for mine to come end of the month. I am planning to add all weather mats, cargo mat immediately after.

I really despise the chrome tail lights. I hope to replace them sooner than later.

I will powder coat the rims or try to swap them for the sport package rims.

I concur that Portland is the best price in the Northwest. Like you, they could not get the vehicle I wanted, so I purchased from a Seattle dealer. Also note, that most will give you minimal value for your trade, based on KBB. It is all a matter of supply and demand, and you are lucky if they have one vehicle on the lot.
