My new-to-me 2012 GX was getting an undercoating done and I snapped some pics while it was in the air.

Looks like something is leaking. Any ideas?

Based on that area near the AC compressor I'm gonna guess timing chain cover leak

You need a baseline. Get some brake clean or engine degreaser and go to work, then start monitoring it to see how bad it is and to better tell where it may be coming from. Timing cover leak is probably the most likely culprit but you could have other leaks and not be aware.
