These are pricey but worth every penny. Installed a set today and it feels so much more comfortable, best part it only took 5 minutes per side...
the wife noticed immediately when getting in to run errands and was very pleased our Luxury vehicle now has more comfortable seats than our 2005 Corolla.

I installed a set of Seat Jackers yesterday on both front driver and passenger seats. Spent couple hours on the road making fine tuning adjustments as needed running errands.
Overall, these drastically change the feel of the seat in a good way. I now have the front thigh support at its lowest position and rear height adjustment lifted 3/4 to 1 inches from lowest position. I’m close to 5’10” and 155lbs for reference.
I had to raise the steering wheel position up a bit to keep my knee from jamming into the steering column. I’d say this is probably the main downside with these spacer blocks is that my knees very close to the column. I find myself banging my right knee on the column getting in and out of the car now. Especially when vehicle is turned on and the column is in my seat/steering wheel memory position. If these Seat Jackers were a available in a 0.75” to 1.00” options, I’m sure this would help resolve some the the clearance issues.
I found scooting my seat back away from the pedals does help alleviate this issue and allows me to reach the gas and brake pedal still without issue; however, I now find the dead pedal on the left to be too far out of reach to be useable for my left foot. It has always been a stretch for me to reach comfortably, but now it feels really far away and unusable. My wife is 5’2” and also shared the same experience specifically regarding the dead pedal.
Anyone find a decent looking option to extend the dead pedal so that it is more comparable in reach distance to the gas pedal? From the factory, the dead pedal does not feel as close as the gas pedal, so finding an appropriate position to rest my left foot during long drives has always been somewhat annoying and a place of discomfort. I didn’t find anything readily made online for extending this pedal. I even searched for Prado listings to see if there were any options. Guessing it’ll have to be a custom bracket/block to make this change. Just curious if anyone else has done so and willing to share. Thanks.
Next time I take a drive, I can try lowering the height of the seat down to the lowest level to see if that helps any. In the end though, I’d say the benefits for comfort and support of this mod worthwhile. I’ve got a 6 hour drive coming up Tuesday. That’ll be the true test.
Update
Have been able to get my seat setting dialed in and have been using these spacers for a few months. So far so good. The seating position is overall more comfortable and I do not have much strain or soreness after many hours of driving. I still need to get out every 2-3 hours though to stretch my legs, but I don't find myself shuffling around in my seat the entire drive anymore. Stepping into the vehicle requires a little more care with the front of the seat sitting up higher. My right knee is quite a bit closer to the bottom of the steering column, so also have to be mindful of not banging my knee on that.
Overall, I'd say the benefits are greater than the drawbacks here and would recommend these brackets.

I put a "Desert Does It" seat jacker on front passenger seat today... gonna see what the wife says.
I'm also curious what my father says... he has some major sciatic nerve pain so curious what he has to say.

The 5 t-shirts was epic funny. I love the seat spacers I put in my GX. Loads more comfy.

We traded the 14’ GX for a 17’ RX450h with the luxury pkg last year. The RX has 4 way lumbar with thigh extensions and that works better for us.
We never got past break in w/ less than 10k miles at 4 years old. But, what really worked for us is a pillow called the ThermaRest Lumbar Cushion. That made the seat much better. Hope this helps.

I don't think I have seen these installed in GX 460 but on GX 470 on GXOR
.... expensive no doubt but almost sound like Ekornes for your GX

Has anyone experienced issues with the lumbar support not retracting enough for their spine's needs? I recall a thread in which the active head restraint monitor was connected to the lumbar adjusted and disconnecting it from the perch allowed the lumbar to retract further. Has anyone else experienced this and/or found a remedy?

Can anyone comment on if the seat jackers help with the lumbar support protruding too far? I know it has no actual impact on such, but wondering if creates the illusion of the lumbar extending less.
