I noticed today that the pass. side door when opening sags or drops about quarter of inch. I am trying to figure out what might be causing this and how to repair it? The only thing that come to mind is the hinges. Any help would be much appreciated!!!
When opening the door, I can see the door at top dropping down from weather stripping. It might not be a quarter of inch it just looked like it. The door is harder to open and feels heavier then other doors due to the sag.
No.. 1st or second row door sag is not something being a common problem. Barn door in rear does have some reported sag issues. A shim fix there can help.
I bought it used but it had a clear title and accident report. Older couple owned it. While not common have any of your seen this before? What would cause it to happen. When I first bought there was not a problem or at least not one that I noticed. If that door wasn't used much could that have been something to do with it? Thanks to all!
The door hinges can be bent, or the bolts need to be loosened to realign the door. When closing the door slowly do its lift up a bit on the striker before latching?

mine seems to be dropping about 3mm when it opens then the reverse when it closes. my situation may be different from the OP.
