The six lug pattern looks like classic Toyota. No concerns there.

However one question on replacing the wheels is whether it will clear the brake caliper. Until someone sees one in person and does a trial fit, we may not know.
If Lexus is smart they'll take a GX or two to SEMA in October and let the aftermarket vendors take measurements.

Thanks. Clearly I’m going to have to see what develops.

Redo your garage door. Years ago saw a guy buying a Hummer H2. Next day saw a contractor working on his garage door.

If only it was that easy. It’s the parking garage at work that’s the problem, not my home garage.

Are you willing to tolerate tires smaller than factory?
265/70R18’s distance from wheel hub to ground is 16.3 inch, while 265/65R18’s is 15.75, 265/60R18 is 15.25.

Possibly yes, just so long as it doesn’t cause issues with the odometer (and alluded to above posts) and/or it doesn’t impact the aesthetic too much.

AVS has nothing to do with ride height.

Yeah you're right, I was thinking of the air suspension and not avs.

Time to move to a new house. You will forever adjust to your garage. I’m kidding.

Haha same for Philly it would seem. Long story short, no. I get to work at 4am and open air lots put me two blocks away. Not a wise thing to do at that time in Philly.
