Back in the days when I lived in NYC, our family bought 5 Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Edison and it was nothing but great experience...but...this was more than a decade ago. Any dealership is as good as the people that work for it...hire good people and you will have an excellent experience, hire bad ones and the experience gets flushed down the toilet.

One of the remarkable marketing maneuvers of the pandemic was dealerships convincing buyers that MSRP is some kind of 'deal'. We haven't purchased many brand new cars, but before COVID it was negotiate up a few hundred from the invoice. This new paradigm of 'hope we can just pay MSRP' is nuts by comparison.
