Mine's now broken, and I want to service it... Has rear entertainment package...
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You have to remove the back half of the center console. The DVD player comes out with it, then you can remove the player from the console.
I'm going by memory here, but hopefully this helps:
Under the rear air controls, the plastic on the rear of the console can be pulled off with a trim removal tool. It's only held on with clips. This will allow you to unplug the harness to those controls.
Under the mat in the console are two 10 mm bolts to remove.
Slide both seats all the way forward to remove a phillips head screw on each side of the console.
On either side of the wood trim that surrounds the shifter, there is a plastic piece that runs along the top edge of the console and curves up towards the top of the dash. These both need to be removed with a trim removal tool.
Remove both shift *****. The low range **** is not attached to the boot, the transmission one is - just pull the boot down to unclip it, then unscrew both *****.
Unzip the emergency brake boot and pull up the brake.
CAREFULLY pry off the wood trim from around the shifters. There will be another harness to disconnect.
Once that is off, you will be able to access the last two screws holding the rear half of the console in. They are 10 mm with a phillips slot as well.
The console should now be able to come out with some wiggling around the e-brake. (Pull it up as high as you can to make it a little easier.)
Once this is out, turn it over and the screws holding the DVD player to the console should be obvious.
