Exception in your case. They look great. Where did you pick them up? they look brand new.
Ebay $400 + shipping ($110 - NM to GA). The wheels only had 2000 miles on them. This seemed like a great deal, until I opened the boxes to see that the faces had not been protected and the wheels slid against the boxes for 2000+ miles on a FedEx truck . When I brought this to the sellers attention, he was a very stand up guy and refunded $100 for the damage. I spent several hours polishing the wheels with several different compounds. I have not tried and wet sand and buff for fear of making it worse. The damage is still there, but it is greatly reduced. I also got a really good deal on the tires - $612 out the door (mount, balance, new TPMS programmed, tax, etc). I paid $55 for 4 brand new TPMS sensor on ebay as well.
$400 wheels
$110 shipping
-$100 damage refund
$55 TPMS sensors
$612 Tires (mount, balance, TPMS program, tax)
-$70 Michelin mail in rebate

$1007 <- I was pleased.

Nicely bought!
I did a double-take when you posted pics. It looks so much like the gen2 gx w/the wheel swap.
Ya, we are in the same boat. I’m not one for all the BLING either. I currently have those 22” Black Rhino Hard Alloys (painted silver) on the GX. They were on the GX when we bought it and I have recently picked up a set of FJ wheels that I will put on as soon as I can sell the 22s. I thought about chroming the FJ wheels and then I go back to just leaving them alone. Time will tell I guess. I’m also looking at the different brands and sizes of tires to go on the FJ wheels. Here is a pick of the new wheels waiting for some new rubber.
You got em...nice!!!
Did you ever work out the center caps with the guy that bought mine?

Hey Chad, matter of fact I did!!! I was out this last weekend and got home last night from a dirt bike / camping trip to Cal City. That guy lives in Edwards which was about a 20 minute dirt bike ride across the desert. Got em!!
Arroz, very nice, thank you!! now did you stick with the the stock size tire, 265/65/17? Are those Michelin? Lastly I forgot, are those wheels in a matt or semi gloss finish? Now all you need is some Lexus tags on those caps.
