We have a regional forum for Hawaii, I'll move your post there.
Try PM'ing member PHML, he probably can help or at least tell you which members are on which islands.
There is also a car club in HI that has fair number of Lexus owners, pimplux

I remember driving by a lex specialist shop near Cooke and Queen Street. Not sure if its one of the placed you've already checked out. If you're heading north on Cooke, its on the right side before you hit Diamond Head video. I think there's a lunch place and a diving shop across the street. Their sign is pretty small.
My ride is still under warrarty, but i'll be in your shoes in no time.

What kind of work are you looking to get done on your Lexus. I have a friend that works on my Lexus, even under warranty. But, its just service jobs (oil, wheels, belts, maintenance). I'd have to ask about aftermarket stuff. let me know if you need the contact info.
