Default looking for a mechanic for my gs300

so, i'm having a problem with my reverse gear. my car is still under warranty, and i've taken it in, but the dealership told me that there's nothing they can do. i'm kinda pissed and think that they're just bs'n me until my warranty is up. it's up in about 2000 miles. it feels like the trans is slipping in reverse, and reverse only. it doesn't happen every time, but it's pretty consistent. my car is a 05 gs300. can someone please help me.....thanks

Try PearlCity Transmission....across the street from 7-11 (near Waipio Costco)...have them check it out...and tell you what wrong with it....then take back to dealership to have it fixed....don't take BS from them!!! Do it b4 your warranty is up!!!!

Call Ken at Pacific Automotive. He did a geat job on my GS300 repairs. His shop is right off of Ward Ave on 813 Ilaniwai St. Next door used to be LEX Hawaii. Nice guy and very fair. Ask for an estimated first though and shop around.

That is their new location. Not a new shop at all as they have been in business for a while now. This location is much easier to find and park though

I would give LXS a try as well. That would be my top independent shop to take any Lexus.

so i finally got a chance to take my car to lxs. they told me that my best bet would be to take my car back to lexus and be a "head" about it. my car is still under warranty, just because they don't know what's wrong, doesn't mean that they arn't obligated to fix the problem. we'll see what happens when i take my car in again. no more mister nice guy!!!
