That would work and probably last a few years.

However that appears to be new Chinese stuff but it is less expensive than a rebuilt used one and you cannot trust that they actually rebuilt them. So go for it.

How much is labor or are you doing the work yourself?

It is regular brake fluid. Dealers charge about a third more than independent shops to do most work. I assume you wanted a brake fluid flush. That is something any shop that works on hybrids or Toyotas can do as they should have the software to do a proper job. You are paying for labor and skill, not the quart of brake fluid.
That price is not out of line. About 5 years ago I paid a Mr. Tire shop $150 to do a brake fluid flush on my HS as they were already putting tires on it.

Did you ever get that audio system working?

local dealer wanted $1500 to replace the rack and pinion, going to shop around

even though my car has 200.000 plus mile, its still running like when I got it at 65,000 miles, but i did change the tranny for free with the recall

the dealerships seem to really like my car, they offer me $1,500 for kelly blue book but with gas going up and possible middle east war, the price of a hyrbid should be more

stuff like rack and pinions I can deal with, as any car will have wear and tear

I could buy a new car, but I would be in debt, think Ill see how long this car can last me

and I didnt fix the radio, but I dont care, gas wont go down anytime soon and I rather have money to eat food I save money driving a hybrid, plus the hs250 can fit in NYC parking spots when I work...priceless, anyone who has to park in NYC knows what I am talking about

Shop around. It is difficult to replace yourself due to the lack of access, small area to work in and a lift makes a big difference. I do a lot of my own car repairs and this I would take to the shop.
