Aftermarket LED Headlights
Has anyone here been able to find any affordable LED headlight for the HS?
The plastic on my headlights has been really scuffed since I got the car a few years back and its now starting to cause problems as iv started driving later in the day more often. I didn't want to replace them with the OEM headlights and was looking into aftermarket options but couldn't find any.

You do not want to put LED bulbs in the HS headlight assemblies as they are not designed to reflect light from those bulb angles. Just get new H11 bulbs and restore your headlight assemblies to remove the scuffs. If they are not yellow and fogged, then they can probably be restored. I have done this on several cars.
The HS250h was a very low volume sales vehicle for Lexus in the US. Only about 20,000 were sold here. There are few options for body replacement parts and that is why insurance companies are now declaring many to be total losses for minor damage.
Regarding your headlights, first contact a couple of auto detail shops to find one that can do headlight restoration and have them inspect your HS to see if they think the headlights can be restored.
Then buy new headlight bulbs as they do get dimmer over time before they die.
If restoration does not work, then there are aftermarket ones on (Rock Auto is out of stock) Amazon for insane prices of several hundred dollars each, or used ones on eBay for similar insane prices of several hundred dollars each.
I used the search term "2011 Lexus HS250h headlight assembly"
You could also try the big internet used parts folks such as https://www.lkqonline.com/transmissi...BoC_h8QAvD_BwE
or http://rancholexusrecycling.com/
or call local used car parts yards.
If it was my vehicle I would try and restore them first. There are also do it yourself headlight restoration kits you can buy on Amazon etc if you are the do it yourself type. There are many YouTube videos demonstrating how to restore your headlights.

If the lenses are really chewed and can't be salvaged with a polishing kit, you do have the option to get replacement lenses. They can pretty pricey though.
