Today I hit a milestone of 400,000 miles on my 2010 HS 250h. I purchased my HS used in July 2016 with a little over 100K miles. She's a real good, reliable, dependable car and gets decent gas mileage. I've only done the maintenance such as oil and oil filter changes, air and cabin air filter changes, brake changes, transmission fluid changes, replaced tires, TPMS sensors, changed the 12V battery once since I owned it, wiper blades, spark plugs, PCV valve, O2 sensors, shocks and struts, water pump, drive belt, etc. The transmission was replaced under warranty. I look forward to hitting 500,000 miles on my HS 250h.

Damn that’s amazing! I hope to keep mine long as well! I’m at 175k currently and she still averages 33-35mpg. Burns a little oil here and there but I watch it like a hawk.
Hi, I'm curious to know at what interval you changed the PCV valve? Was there a symptom or did you consider this to be regular maintenance item? Thanks.
