Default HS250h - Nav Screen Not Working

I powered my car on this morning and the nav screen popped up as usual but without any display. However, my phone auto connected and started playing music, climate control also works, just the display is blacked out.

i have tried disconnecting the battery for 1-2hrs and then started in battery/accessory mode. Didn’t work. I also checked Rad nav 1 fuse in the bonnet - seemed fine.

Any suggestions please??

Check the fuses under the dash. They are to the left of the steering wheel.
Then if they are okay, disconnect the 12 volt battery for 30 minutes. It is in the trunk behind the passenger side rear seat.
If none of that works, your screen may have died, however I have not heard much of that. Usually they just get more difficult to see over time.

If you need a new screen, see this thread which discusses options and how to install it. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/hs-...oration-3.html

Thank you for your reply.

I tried the battery. Could not find the internal fuse box.

To find the internal fuse box you have to lay on the floor under the steering wheel with a flashlight and look up under the dash for a small plastic box. I will try to take a photo of mine as I actually need to replace the cover on it as I knocked it off and have avoided doing just that to put it back in place!
