Good start considering it's slowly trickling into the U.S.

The Japanese market's demand for the car is probably going to skew the amount allocated into the U.S.

Already saw a red one on the road, pretty nice looking sedan I think. If i had the money, I would seriously trade in my gas chugging GS 300 for a black HS

Saw a gray one test driving w/ a salesman down the Brand Boulevard of cars. Looked interesting, I don't know why but it reminded me of the Kia Forte when I saw it...

That one didn't make it in the August count though

A lot of them are already spoken for. Friend of my mom's needed a new car after an accident and he got the next one scheduled in but it won't be until mid/late Sept (I think)

There are 3 at the local dealer. One red and one black with the Touring package which includes black and grey seats. Both are priced at about $39K. There is a white one with luxury package which has beige seats and is priced at $41K. All three have NAV, spoilers, and remote start.

I drove a luxury model and liked it pretty well. It is smooth and quiet and the acceleration is adequate. Since most of my driving is on the freeway at speeds above 75 mph, I prefer the ES350. If most of my driving was in city traffic, this would be high on my list.

Saw it down here in Houston at a Lexus dealer. Was a cute little car... the interior looked really nice!

the HS vehicles are selling very well. as expected lexus got it right in their segment, and only more sales are expected for the rest of the year. its not those high pricy cars that people look at these days for the most part. something luxurious, gets good gas, and can save in the long run--great marketing for the HS IMO
