Enery Consumption Screen
Has anyone else had problems with the energy consumtion screen? I have looked at it everyday since I bought the "hesh" and have found that even after I erase the contents I still end up with a small bar on the graph that never seems to change in terms of avg. mpg. It only gives me data from the day I erased the previous energy consumption information to the current day with no variations in the graph, can anyone help me out here?
Otherwise, I have to say that I have been around lexus for a long time and am very impressed with the technology that this car has to offer. People bash the car for the looks and the fact that it weighs as much as "fat bastard" from austin powers. But the fact remains that this car is the most technologically advanced car, besides the new E-class, on the market and I really think lexus is setting the bar for the luxury brands to follow. Thanks again.

I think you are referring to the "Past Record" graph available with navigation.
I only reset this function at fillup via resetting the trip meters and resetting the "Since Reset" multi-information display (MID). I have a bar for the current tank .... and records for the prior 5 tanks the corresponding reset date. I don't ever clear the past record graph.
I use the "current" MID to see what going on at that moment. I use the past history (the 1 minutes bars) to understand over time what has been going on.
Hope this helps at least a little bit.
