No hassle at all. Not wanting to make a special trip to the dealer, I offered to email them photos of the blemished emblems. They said that wasn't necessary, and just ordered the parts.

Another RX450h owner has had his rear emblem replaced twice for the same problem. Mine looks ok so far after replacement seven months ago but I will keep an eye on it.
