Two days before September 1st, and I am still waiting on my HS - order was placed with dealer in June. Used ones are going for close to the price of new ones, it seems, so I decided to wait it out. Going on 9 weeks now. I want it fully equipped - I really enjoy the gadgets and drive my cars a long time, so I believe that will be fun. I asked for red with black interior. I have not 100% given up on finding a used one, if the wait stretches too much longer. Dealer has told me it will be a 2012, but I would have been happy enough with an 2011. I am in SW Florida.

Dave, thx for wranglin' the chat threads like you do. Seems there are some Buick lovers who lurk in Lexus groups; can't tell if they're bashers or just jealous. I hope they don't forget to check out the latest Accords; after all, they look like Buicks these days.

And thx for mentioning the 'artwork' in my garage. Actually, these are pieces I just couldn't fit in my townhouse after downsizing from a larger home. They do kinda class the place up a bit, but the Matador Red steals the focus away.

A friend of mine just picked up a '11 IS250 w/ what seems to be the same color combo as yours. I'm not really sure if its the same red color but I was highly impressed and a head turner to say the least. Although not having much experience in this area, IMHO the best red paint I've ever seen.

I haven't even seen a red HS around here and looking forward to it.
