Try reducing air pressure to a minimum safe value. I would GUESS that to be around 27psi. Maybe as low as 25 psi. That should make a noticeable difference. The question is how will the lower pressure effect mileage and handling.

I have done some research and it looks like there is a tool that can be purchased for $150 that you can use to program TPMS computer.
There is also a tool to clone your sensors for $110 to their sensors $50 each.
The sensors are not made by toyota and there is not a big variation between the sensors and they should be interchangeable. Factory part number is 4260775010 and it operates on 315MHz. Now just need to find general part number.

It's time to start thinking about winter tires, don't want my HS to slide around.

I've just started hunting for TPMS for my hs. Original part number is 42607-75010.
A TPMS seller (http://www.tiresensorsusa.com/lexus.html) Shows lots of current Lexus models but for the HS it's a unique part number. Are we really that special?

I don't use the HS in the winter, but I have this problem on my winter rat. As do most people who put snows on for 3 or 4 months each winter. Instead of spending all that money for 4 new or used sensors for the snows, and then having the monitoring computer reset twice a year for both sets of sensors, I just leave them out of my snows for the 4 months and cover up the light with a small bit of black electrical tape.
The summer wheels are in the garage and sometimes when I pull in, the computer picks up the summer tires with the sensors and resets the light. It only stay off for a little while though.
This is a common problem with the new TPMS on all cars, and with people who use different wheels.
