I have about 2k miles on these tires. They are outstanding. Very quiet, and grip WAYYYY better than the toyos, Decent in light snow. I have them inflated to 39-40, they roll very very well and the car glides nicely. I highly recommend these tires over others. I called Mavis, and they beat other online discounters. Fantastic in the rain too!!

what is the recommended Load Index Rating for the hs Tires. What is the thought on buying a set ofI Michelin 03939 Primacy MXM4 on Amazon that are about $600 or is it better just to purchase them in one particular place and have everything done?

FWIW, I have had my HS250h for about a month and the used car dealer delivered it with a new set of Nexen CP662 225/45 R18 tires. They still had the nubs and red paint on the tread, but I am getting 36 mpg in the winter with the temp 35 - 40 F most days. I tried eco mode and was able to do 41 mpg on a 25 mile trip running 40-60 mph on suburban roads. I never heard of this Korean brand before but so far I am satisfied with the traction and mileage I am getting. The traction seems okay on wet roads but we haven't had any snow so I'm not recommending them yet.
