Rough Ride/Shakes
I have started noticing more shaking and a rougher ride lately with my HS250h. I have a new set of Michelin Primacy MXM4 on it. I have the 18" wheels. I took it to the dealer and they are saying this is normal for this car, but I do not agree. Does anyone else feel like theirs rides rough?
Should I take it to another dealer?

how long have you owned it? What pressure did you set those new tires to? I have noticed the ride on my 18's noticeably softens down at 32 psi, though the edges of the tread wears more quickly. So I like running @ 36-38 psi, and deal with the slight (for a Lexus) bumpiness.

I find the ride with the Sport Package (sport suspension + 225/45-18 tires) to be on the stiff side, even at the recommended tire pressures (33F/32R). I have tried increasing the pressure by 3 lbs. F/R for the sake of better fuel economy, but that made the ride too harsh for me. I must be getting soft in my old age.

I haven't really owned it from the begining of it, but I feel vibration when TIRES are cold, and as tires get warm up or suspension gets warm up it's less vibration.
I have TOP OF the line version with RADAR cruise and every bells and whisle they could offer.
Only reason keeping the car is the RADAR cruise is awesome, I wish they make it for every car.
But I really hate the vibration it's annoying vibration at lower speeds, I was thinking of lowering the air pressure but these are low profile tires,
I don't know how low I can go.
I see 32 in the car (I will measure it with the gauge)
But that will compromise the fuel economy too ...

It sounds like your tire(s) need to be rebalanced. If you feel a shimmy in the steering wheel, it's the front wheels. If you feel it shimmy in the seat, it's the rear. Ask to have the set rebalanced, that might be your culprit.

jbripps, I have mine balanced/rotated and still it's a bit bumpy ride, I think it's the 18" wheels may be.. but it's only bumpy at lower speed.
At high speeds it's pretty smooth like butter.. so it can't be balancing..
