Re-recall on suspension

Re-recall on suspension
Got another recall letter in the mail today. A re-recall for the rear suspension nut from 2 years ago. Apparently dealers weren't doing it right before, so Lexus is developing simpler instructions No idea when the new instructions will be ready.
I think my dealer was one of them. I took my car in for the original recall, before they had a fix, and they inspected the nut. Then I took it back after I got another letter saying they had a fix (seemed to be mostly a sticker), and the dealer didn't do anything because their system said they already did the recall. But that was before the official fix, and I didn't get the warning sticker, or whatever else they were supposed to do. So now I get to take it in a third time. Just had my 50k service last week, so this would be an unscheduled visit unless they take long enough that I'm due for another oil change.

That sound a little excessive to me. Especially for Lexus. 3 times for the same thing they really never fixed?
Maybe this calls for a little "squeaky wheel get's the grease" type approach. You might get something for your trouble.
