Default 90k mile service

Great car, my HS250 but what things should I especially have done for the 90k mile service I will have done at Toyota on Friday? Lexus would charge $866 and Toyota charges an estimated $160 for the same service. My 91k extended warranty is up that started at 36k 2 1/2 years ago. The only thing I can feel that may be wrong so far is the right side window does not go securely to the top but without water any water leakage. The ride seems the same but maybe a little slip on the fuel consumption but about 33k average I think is respectable. Any recommendations of some things I should have looked at before my warranty runs out for good mechanically? Thank you for any suggestions or advice. I was thinking of having them take it for a road test.

Mileage currently @ 89823.

The book says to have these things done and some on this forum have said to change the transmission fluid?

Are you sure they are only quoting the 90K service? My Honda dealer routinely tacks on other stuff not in the book like wheel alignments and fluid flushes, unless you tell them not to. Maybe they are already including the transmission oil change in that quote. That just seems way higher than the 60K service I had done at my Lexus dealer (though it was more than the $160 you got from Toyota, which seems like a great deal if they really are replacing the brake fluid as part of that price)

Thanks for the reply. What I did a few weeks ago is I went to the Toyota dealer, coordinated with a particular service adviser what I needed (90k service), and for what type car. I had him write this quote on the back of his business card and made the appointment with him specifically. I will present this to him tomorrow and verify the services that need to be completed.

Sorry if I wasn't clear - I meant are you sure Lexus was quoting $866 just for the 90k services in the book, or did they include other things beyond what the book says?

I'm at the dealership now and they are also including a brake flush but new adjusted total is $290. Transmission they said to do more toward 100k.

Total price ended up being $269.

You may as well do the transmission now as the cost is minimal. All they do is drain and refill 4 quarts of ATF.
