Changing License plate bulbs in HS25Oh
How do you replace these? I took off inner trunk liner to access from inside and got as far as unplugging the connector to the bulb housing.
Do you access the bulb from the outside as pictured? If so what are the steps?

But anyways, I did my bulbs some time ago, and it was a experiment to find just the right LED bulb.
Some were way to bright and some dim. Some were too blue or yellow.
Any chance on telling us which bulb you used, or where you bought it?

Ok. That's what I was wondering. Those are some bright ones. I'm looking for that cool white LED look, but with a lot less brightness.
Those bulbs might work for the "puddle lights" in the outside door mirrors. But that area has limited space too many different sized bulbs.

They are bright, but backing up at night really improves the rear camera view, plus on dark rainy Portland nights it's nice to have that extra visual for the driver behind you.

Lexus HS250h Bulbs to replace
I just replaced most bulbs on my 2010 Lexus HS250h. After researching multiple YouTube videos, Auto Parts online stores, other websites with such information, the following are the bulbs best fits and most suited bulbs. Finally, I have amazing brightness and feel that my lights are on.
Bulbs to be replaced:
(1) High Beam (closest to the middle grill)
#9005 (I used Sylvania LED 9005 @ $99/pair)
Amazon Link: https://a.co/d/iIl6nQU
(2) Low Beam (aka running lights, in the middle of the headlight assembly)
# H11 (I used Sylvania LED H11 @ $99/pair)
Amazon link: https://a.co/d/6nukcQW
(3) End lights (outermost small domes in the headlight assembly)
#168 (aka #194) [I used SYLVANIA ZEVO 168 T10 W5W White LED Bulb - Super Bright)
Amazon link: https://a.co/d/4USYfGF
(4) Fog Lights (at the bottom of the bumper ends on both sides, if your model has them)
# H11 (I used Sylvania LED H11 @ $99/pair) Amazon link: https://a.co/d/6nukcQW
(5) Interior Dome light (in the middle of the car ceiling)
#3175 (I used Sylvania LED #3175 Super bright)
Amazon Link: https://a.co/d/aOikP3l
(6) Multiple interior lights (front dome, door, license plate, trunk)
#168 (aka #194) [I used SYLVANIA ZEVO 168 T10 W5W White LED Bulb - Super Bright) Amazon link: https://a.co/d/4USYfGF
Note:
(a) Bulbs for #3 and #6 are the same bulbs and therefore, it is good to buy a 10-pack if available in Sylvania or other brands.
When you insert the bulbs, if they do not light up, flip the side since they are +/- specific sides.
(b) Bulbs for #2 and #4 are the same bulbs and therefore, it is good to buy a 4-pack (if available) in Sylvania or other brands
(c) Also, get a pack of assorted Rivets of multiple sizes, as the older the car, rivets are likely to break at the removal stage.
(d) It is important to note that H11s do not fit in High beam slots and 9005s do not fit in low beam and fog light slots.
(e) There are multiple video clips on "How To". Do not attempt replacing without watching 1-2 versions, a couple of times before you try.
Good luck.
