Trunk
Hello Everyone!
My son is not able to open the trunk on his HS250 from the trunk or from the inside. I believe the latch assembly has to be replaced but I thought there was a latch on the inside of the glove compartment you can activate so you can push the trunk button from the inside?? Thanks for any info!

There is a trunk release button on the lower dash to the left of the steering wheel. It is next to the gas door release.
You need to have the key fob on you for the outside trunk release button to work.
I am not sure about a button in the glove box, but do not recall seeing one when replacing the cabin air filter.
IF it still will not open, go to a body shop for repairs. They will be far cheaper than a dealer and handle this type of repair all the time.
