Default Tire Pressure Reset Button

I used purchased a used 2010 hs 250h.

I had to add air to the tires but I couldn't find the tire pressure reset button anywhere!

In the manual it shows that it should be on the passenger side under the glove box, but as my photo shows, it's not there.

I've read in other threads that it took be on the drivers side under the instrument panel, my picture shows that it's not there either.

I've also read that in could be inside the center armrest compartment, but it's not there as well.

Any assistance would be great.

Thanks!

I'm sorry but I've never heard of that button. What is it supposed to do? I've had my tires replaced several times in 125k, and never had to reset anything. Same when I had a small leak and the dash light came on. When the pressure goes back above whatever the threshold is (maybe 25 psi?), the light just goes out. Maybe I'm missing something?

The button is under the glove box. Lay on the floor and look up with a flashlight.
It is used to reset the threshold at which the TPMS warning light comes on. Usually that is 4 pounds or so below the set pressure. See this linked thread that has more information and links to a PDF from the owners manual.

You should not have to reset if after adding air to your tires. That should make the warning go away after a few blocks of driving.
If your warning light is still on, and this just happened to my HS, then you need your TPMS sensors replaced. They have batteries with a life expectancy of 8 years. When the batteries fail, it happens slowly, one tire at a time and they may work off and on as it fails. Then you have to replace the entire sensor.
That is what happened to mine. I had lots of air in the tires, but the big check tire pressure warning appeared. A local shop identified which tire had a bad sensor, they can scan the sensors to determine which one has a bad battery.
I had all 4 TPMS sensors replaced at Costco for $246. The local independent repair shop quoted me over $500! to replace them.
Costco is so much cheaper it is worth joining just to have them replace your TPMS sensors.

Also there was a recall for all 2010 HS250h vehicles to replace the transmission. Check with Lexus that this was done, as they owe you a new transmission if it has not been replaced.
