We all predicated this here months ago when we found out that the 350h was only going to be 17% of production - Lexus totally underestimated demand for it, hence the markups.

Just at the dealer getting 1,700 km check up. 4 350H and 2 500H for sale, all at invoice. Plus at least 7 350 available for sale. Looks like supply is getting much better.

What is interesting is I have seen several news outlets stating the current mark up of certain vehicles. For the RX350h most seem to have it at 20%, but digging deeper they are going at an MSRP of around 49-50k, which is a base model, to actual sales price averaging 59k, which around here most of the RX hybrids sticker at, as they are all Premium, Premium+, or Luxury. So yes, it is 20% more, but at least from what I can see, the dealer is selling at MSRP, not 20% above. Same with some of the other models with the 'high' percentage of MSRP. They all seem to be stating their findings by using the base model MSRP.

RX 350h tenth highest markup. I guess feel fortunate will pay MSRP when mine comes in the next three months.
