LOL, Its just the USA and a few villages in Africa that doesn't use metric system. Your Lexus is all metric except for the conversion algorithm for the display.
Feel sorry for us Canadians, we still have to deal with both systems, especially for construction because of the huge amount of cross border trade.

I worked in construction where all the plans were in metric but all the workers had to convert them back to build anything.
to all, I'm sorry for the threadjack. I'm done.

I now have 3200 miles on my '23 350h. The center display shows 34.3 lifetime miles - a mix of about 2800 long highway trip miles and the rest around our town (which is very hilly). I have seen up to the advertised 39.5 on the highway after a couple hundred mile drive - but only if I have been in stop and go traffic. I have seen as high as 66 on city streets. Perfectly content with 34.3 as my Infiniti Q60 was averaging ~27 highway and 19 city. I run purely premium fuel.

I calculate my mpg after each fill up with the trip meter. 50/50 city/hw, last 3 tanks: 44,44,47mpg. I don't gun it when I accelerate, and I (long) coast into red lights/ slow traffic. I also try to coax it into EV mode by letting up on the gas slightly when going a constant speed.

NX 350h is my first hybrid and I'm surprised at the influence of outside temperatures on fuel economy. Summertime with A/C usage and I'm easily getting over 40 MPG. In winter, I was getting mid to high 30s. SE USA.

I have NX 2022 350h with stock
When I fill up the gas tank, the computer shows "drive distance to empty": 820km (509miles). I usually fill up when "drive distance to empty" is about 100km (62miles), but I was never been able to add more than 43 liters (11.36 gal) to the gas tank. I never saw an "empty tank" warning light so far. The gas tank size is 55 liters (14.5 gal). I am assuming that Lexus calculation of the distance to empty is extremely conservative. I drive extremely carefully, I am trying to take advantage of hybrid system.
On my weekly drive to the cottage in summer (about 120km) I very often get between 5 and 5.5 l/100km (47 and 42.7mpg) of gas consumption.

I use the GasBuddy app to track fuel consumption
Do you actually get 900km per tank or is that an estimate from your car computer? What is your total average consumption based on car computer?
I have NX 2022 350h with stock 22'' tires with 10k km driven so far. My average consumption based on the car computer is 6.2l per 100km (37.94 MGP US). That is because during the winter drive it increased to 6.4l per 100km (36.75 MPG US), but during summer now dropped down.

I got the car last year June and the figures weren't nearly this impressive. I guess the engine is now well and truly "broken in" with ~25000 km on the odometer. Or maybe I've just become much better at driving the hybrid😜🤣
That said, I think the NX suffers from the same gas tank issues that the companion RAV4 did with the gas tank clicking off when it's actually not full. I have noticed that even when it clicks off as full, I usually am able to get up to 7 litres of gas into it without brimming the tank. I keep an eye on how low the fuel gauge tells me it is and estimate how much fuel I expect to get it back to full. It's consistently clicking off as full way earlier than I estimate it should. For example, I had one time when the fuel gauge showed I had 1/8 of a tank left which should ideally allow me put in ~46 litres of fuel, but the pump clicked off after putting in only 37 litres. So make of that what you will.
BTW, you said you have 22" wheels. That's not stock. Stock is either 18" or 20". I have the 20" for my all seasons with 18" on my winter set. Maybe having the 22" wheels is also having an impact on your fuel consumption.
