Looking for an advice: 2010 RX450h
Hi, a friend of mine is selling well maintained 2010 RX450h with 140K millage.
I have zero experience with this model. I am driving 2016 CT200h now.
Is 2010 RX450h still a good purchase in 2023?
thanks!

Is it the vehicle for you with the features it has? That is the question best answered by you. Make a list of must have and see if 2010 has them or not.
Is it a vehicle that has flaws? Well, if you mostly driver in city stop and go traffic the hybrid is the better choice, but if drive mostly at 45 + mph, then look at non-hybrid. Non hybrid will be easier to sell down the years.
Personally I would not sell/buy from a friend.

Being a 2010 With 140,000 miles you should plan on replacing the battery at some point - doesn’t mean you will need to, but definitely factor that into the purchase.

Also check out this thread and see if the 2010 RX you're interested in is affected.

At the right price, any vehicle is a good purchase, and since you have history with this one, even better.
Many on here with the same year have way more mileage and no issues other than routine maintenance.
Definitely worth the gamble.
