2010 rx450h engine problem
There is no fault light on my car, but I use OBD to detect it, and there are p0300, p0301, p0305, p0113 fault codes. The engine is cold and there is abnormal noise and vibration when the car is just started. After walking, everything is normal. It took me four I replaced 6 spark plugs and ignition coils within an hour, but the fault still cannot be cleared, and the car still makes abnormal noise and vibration when starting from cold, what should I do next?

How about taking to a professional for assessment? Can be Lexus, Toyota or independent.

Given that you have multiple misfire codes, I would first check the ignition system - the spark plugs and ignition coils - especially for cylinders 1 and 5. You might also want to check the fuel system for any issues that could cause the misfires, like fuel injectors or fuel pressure.
For the P0113 code, you would need to check the intake air temperature sensor and its circuit. Look for any visible signs of damage to the wiring, or consider replacing the sensor if it's faulty.

I think I have the permanent code and it's not broken, I forgot to plug in the temp sensor plug to start the car, the vehicle check light came on, then I removed the code and it came back, I rechecked and plugged in, now the car is fine, but the permanent codes can't be removed. A computer needs enough drives to detect errors. thank you!

I was not trying to be rude in my post #2 of this thread. The problem is that the diagnosis by the codes would not work as the codes being reported do not make sense. There is unexpected behavior.
There are pending codes and triggered/set codes. Some take a while to accumulate (and remain pending) till a certain count is reached and then they are set.
Some codes can not be cleared with ordinary readers as well as reset by removing +12v like air bag.
Some codes are set very quickly like misfire, but they can be cleared [and they clear out quickly too]
Evap/vacuum codes take a wile to set and clear.
Lastly if the vehicle is running fine, give it a few days.
