Default Lexus NX350h 23 harsh ride

Hi. I just bought NX350h (no adaptive dampers). I have noticed very harsh ride on some B roads over some continous cracks. Bumps are not so much problems, but many cracks are. I have Yokohoma Bluearth XT tires (18”)as OM tires. The vibrations stress the cabin very hard when going over some repeated cracks on the road. Its like your driving in some box. Plastics start buzzing, vibrating. Its not critical bad, but I did not expect this from Lexus. I think suspension is not smooth on the car or just tires are problem? What are your experiences? I had Audi Q5 2008 and Volvo XC60 T8 2019 before and never noticed this so much as now on the Lexus.

It happens for some that the rear door panels on these cars buzz on rough roads. In my case, I put a felt strip under the forward edge of the rear door panels that fixed it right up. I asked the dealer to inspect anyway during a routine visit, the mechanic took the door panels off and checked everything was ok. Didn't see any issues and reassembled the door panels without replacing my felt strip. But the buzz never came back. Not sure if it was the act of simply reassembling the door panel or if the felt strip I used slightly deformed the panel so it no longer made inappropriate contact.

The sliding seat belt brackets on the pillar for the front seats can also buzz lightly as well. I've seen other threads about this, but in my case the buzz is so very minor that I can barely hear it most of the time and only in very specific circumstances so its never been an actionable issue for me.
