so after bringing my car to 2 different Lexus dealers, they finally acknowledged a transmission issue on my 23’ RX500h. They have ordered new “hybrid transmission” and that might take a while to arrive. But hey, that’s better than nothing…

I am assuming you'll bring in your RX once the transmission arrives?!

yeah, that’s what they are suggesting. But I don’t feel comfortable driving a car with a broken transmission, so I will just try to ask them to give me a loaner until the parts arrive. Will see if that is possible
Well, this can’t be good. Having car towed to dealer today to have this diagnosed, car went into safe mode and limped home at 30 mph. Only 1,600 miles on it, drove the car normally and easy during this time, no hard acceleration or excessive speeds. No warning what so ever just sudden failure. I swear to God if this is the transmission failure issue I just read about on this forum I’m going to be really upset. Quite frankly I already am really upset. This shouldn’t happen regardless…
2024 RX 500h 1,614 miles and this happened. Being towed to dealer for diagnosis today. Have not driven car aggressively or at high speeds at all. Very disappointing and hoping this isn’t the failing transmission issue.
I don't believe this is tranny related. It could be something as simple as dirty sensors. I am surprised that the car went into limp mode for an issue with proximity detection.
Until you get to the dealer, you can try turning off parking sensors, driver aids, etc. to see if you can at least drive in normal mode until you get to the dealer.

I sure hope you’re right. Dealer has the car now and will get back to me soon.
No bad weather, barely driven this in light rain yet. Fingers crossed the dealership fixes it. A lot of sensors are on one circuit or something so they said if one thing goes off a lot of other stuff can trip. Seems a bit useless if that’s the case but hopefully they can pull more specific error codes. I really want to love this car, the design both inside and out really appeals to me and my 2009 Lexus RX was problem free for 15 years which is why I was thinking a new Lexus RX would give me another long worry free ownership experience. Uggh.

It's the other alerts that OP didn't show in the hybrid and AWD system that concern me. It's likely more than just the sensors.
