Default RX500h Humming noise in front axle, feeling at steering too

I haven't experienced any transmission issues with my RX500h so far. However, I've noticed a humming noise coming from the front axle over 70mph since it had 10 miles on it, and now it has 3,200 miles. I've reported this issue to Lexus three times, but their response has been that it could be due to active noise control, which hasn't resolved the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this? Additionally, does anyone know the return policy and trade-in options? Am I likely to incur significant financial loss?

"It only hums, because it doesn't know the words" is the smart-guy answer

Did anyone see the TSB for 24 Tacoma sounds exactly the same issue as RX500h. Toyota advising it was issue with the supplier.
Sounds very similar, hoping this same issue for 500h, really hoping as next time around really want 500h.

Aisin cast the torque converter bodies some of them were not properly cleaned, leaving casting debris inside. That was picked up by the transmission fluid in the torque converter and migrated into the transmission. In the transmission it kills the shift solenoids, which is why they stop shifting into all of the gears.
