Default All green!

My 2008 Rx400h (230k) with originally hybrid battery showed all green bars for the first time since I had it (got it at 219k). I was not driving on a hill.
Anybody experienced this more regularly? Ever?

Probably, battery is degrading.

On some routes, yes it happens. Slower speeds, around 35-45 MPH, a couple traffic lights, etc. Doesn't have to be downhill.

XRX: Is that what you think? Battery degrading. I've noticed that I'm getting full green more often lately. Maybe i should look into battery reconditioning?

Mine MPG is 26.8, I really doubt reason is battery degrading. Maybe cold weather or something else.

Great MPG. Just monitor the hybrid system status screen. I would worry if it drops down from green to red in very short time.
PS: use a/c in hot weather and NEVER block the hybrid battery vents under rear seats

I second this. Unless you are seeing a drop in your MPG (all of our "normal MPG" will differ base on our multitude of variables), I wouldn't worry about it. These batteries don't pack in a lot of energy, and it all comes from the vehicle itself (i.e. not a plug-in).

When it starts throwing codes is when I'd worry about it.
