What generation of hybrid system is the NX 350h?

According to Car Care Nut on YouTube the Corolla hybrid is 5th gen, same as in the new Prius. What generation is the NX 350h? 4th gen?

I highly doubt they would put a new engine in mid cycle refresh. Most likely it will be in the completely new NX coming in 2028-2029.

Didn't they just do that for the UX?

No.. 2025 is not a mid cycle refresh model. Lexus typically will not change engines, but they did do that with the UX. So we can't so it won't happen as the UX did change the hybrid system. But 2025 there is no changes to the 5th gen hybrid system. You should see what is done with the new RAV4 to see what will be coming. We should see a new RAV4 some time this year as a 2025 model year.
