I have a 2010 Lexus RX 450 h With the hybrid battery problem I got the message saying the block number 13 has a low power and they cannot figure out which one is the black number 13

I think I saw post on how the cells are numbered but they should simply check ALL cells and list out voltage and zero in to the weakest cell. If I do run into the youtube vid, I will post a link. Likelihood of finding the weakest or poor cells is lot quicker with the voltmeter. I would also suggest while some one is in there, might as well replace all weak cells. No point in going back in few weeks/months.

PS: Pay attention to buildup on the nuts and washer.
