Default Get up and go on 2024 RX 350h

I have had 2 RXs...a 2016 and a 2020...which were both V6 engines. I am considering a 2024 RX 350h and am wondering how those who own one feel about the pickup/acceleration of that model after spending time driving it. I mostly drive conservatively but do want to have a little get up and go when I need it.
Thank you!

We have owned 5 RXh's starting with a 2010 and now have a 2022 and a 2024. I am very happy with the 350h. I am also a conservative driver, but like yourself want the acceleration when I need it. I have taken it on one round trip from PA to FL, and on round trip through the mountains of PA and NY going to Canada. It can get a little loud when accelerating on the steeper grades, but that is such a small part of my overall driving that it is a small trade off to get the excellent gas mileage. My last tank was 40.6 mpg over 354 miles of driving.

I concur. Same experience coming from a 2021 RX450H to a 2024 RX350H. One tip the OP might consider if purchasing an RX350H, program the right steering controls to where you can select ECO or SPORT mode easily if needed. Since there is no sport button control on the console, you have to use the touch screen and a few menus to make the selection which can be inconvenient. The default program button that I used normally selects the MID display (i.e., distance to empty, energy use, etc.) which is not something I would change as frequently as the ECO/SPORT setting.

That's how I programmed my right side control - SPORT and NORMAL.

I originally wanted the RX500H for its power. But when I saw all the issues discussed here I decided not to get it. My first Lexus was a 2008 RX400H. I never thought that vehicle was slow. My last one was a 2020 RX350. The 2024 RX350h is slightly slower than the 2020 RX350, but about as fast as the previous RX400H. I have had my 2024 RX350h for about 5 months now and I have never had any problem keeping up with traffic or getting on the highways here in NJ. Speeds on the local highways are currently crazy. Speed limit of 65. Most vehicles are moving at 75-80. 65 in the right lane is dangerous. The 4 cylinder engine is noisy. But I have gotten used to the noise and it does not bother me. I love the vehicle. It rides great on the 21 inch wheels. No problem in the snow. Main complaint is that I can't fix the map zoom. I have to readjust it every time I get in the car. I am getting 34 MPH on regular after about 2000 miles and it is getting slightly better as the weather warms up. Previous non hybrid RXs got around 20. RX400h got around 21-22.
In summary, I am glad I bought the hybrid.

Thank you!
Ive had mine since December. Its my first Lexus so I cant compare it to the 6 cylinder but it seems fine to me. I will tell you that I am averaging 45 mpg going back and forth to work (about 23 miles) with some highway and some local driving. I'm a conservative driver but this car goes when you need it to. Needless to say, I'm thrilled with the mpg's.

Are you reporting the display MPG or are you calculating it after each fill? I rarely find the display to be in agreement with the calculated value. My last two tanks displayed 41.0 and 41.4 mpg but calculated at 44.04 and 37.87 mpg. On one the display was 7% low and the other almost 10% high.

Both. The display and the math. It really is impressive. I haven’t been on a long highway trip where I’m doing 70 mph for a while though. We’ll see

We're averaging darn close to 40 mpg every tank. Mixed driving as well.

The 2020 RX450h accelerate smoother and quieter than the rx350h. At higher speeds, it passes faster.
