ES300H blown fuses

I recently purchased a 2024 Lexus Es300H, the car has 227 miles on it. It has been sitting for a time and the battery went dead. I called Lexus service who dispatched AAA. When they went to charge the car, they blew the fuses. Now they want me to deal with AAA insurance. Thank goodness for my dealer who is fixing the car regardless. Lexus of Route 10 NJ, they are great. Now I am trying to write Lexus CEO about the problem but can not find his email address, great customer focus. Does anyone have the email address?

Welcome to Club Lexus and your 1st post!

Of course, if they blew your fuses that's on them. I don't think a factory warranty covers negligence or damage someone does to a car, but maybe they do?

yes but I called Lexus Road Side Service not AAA. You can outsource your responsibility?
