Default Engine feels rough when slowing down / driving slow

Has anyone noticed that when slowing down the engine feels rough? Sometimes just driving slow when the combustion engine is on, it feels rough. I realize it may be the gas, but I always fill at Costco, so that should be stable.

The ICE RX350 does it as well, along with the new gen NX. It happens in about 1 to 2 gear under 30mph it is rumbling feeling. Almost feels like an unbalanced driveshaft, then when you accelerate out of the gear it goes away.
Or you may be feeling the engines downshift so you will get high revs.

I can not feel or hear the engine unless I push the car and engine revs then it is loud and course. Otherwise silky smooth.

I fill up with regular Esso or Petro Canada gas
