2014 GS 450h Price
I'm looking at a 2014 GS450h Luxury Package, with 53K miles, 3 owners, and asking price $31500. Is that a fair value for a 10 years old car with 3 owners? I'll be the 4th one.

I wouldn't be too concerned with how many owners the car has had. Lots of people have a habit of trading often. The car is solid - like NASA built it. I'm guessing it has most every option available for a 2014 model - including maybe HUD and lighted front door sill plates.
You're just hoping to learn the car's engine oil and filter was serviced regularly, which it most likely was, even if there are no records of having it done - because not all Lexus owners go to a Lexus dealership for oil and filter changes. It's highly doubtful an owner of a GS 450h has mistreated the car. You're hoping there's no dings/dents and no wheel curb rash. And it has good tires with a lot of tread remaining Chances are good the car is in really good condition, both inside and out, and the only thing you might want is the latest NAV map update.
If the color combo is favorable - Get it! You'll fall in love with the GS 450h right away. It's truly a remarkable car!

Agree with @bclexus - number of owners is irrelevant in this scenario. Most important factor is service history - not necessarily at a Lexus dealership, but if the current owner has records of the car being serviced regularly. With that little of miles and the age, the chances of abuse is likely very small.
If this vehicle is nearby to you and you're able to test drive, definitely take advantage of that. If anything leads you to be suspect of any services on the car, take it to a high quality independent shop that services Toyota/Lexus vehicles and have them perform a pre-purchase inspection if the fee isn't outrageous. That may give you little more comfort in the purchase if you're on the fence.
G'luck and can't wait for some photos if you end up buying it

Mine’s very similar to the one you’re considering: 57k miles, 2014 luxury package. I am amazed how good it is despite being 10 years old. Smooth effortless power and the smell of the leather is so comforting. I would just go for it if the history and maintenance checks out.
