RX 450h 2016, Rattling engine noise at idle
Any advise on the root cause? Serpentine belt tensioner perhaps? Other ideas?
It goes away more or less at increased rpm.

Often a sign of the water pump going bad. How many miles? Generally by 100K miles they are cooked sometimes less.

Is it ok to continue using it for some days or should I park it until fixed?

Hard to tell from that clip, maybe water pump. If it is then driving is risky potentially the pump could lock up although that is not common they can rattle for quite a while. A mechanic (or me) would remove the accessory belt and start the engine.

Thot Hybrids did not have a serpentine belt.
