In addition to thoroughly enjoying my 2024 ES hybrid, I am really enjoying my 7 year old grandson’s fascination with the car. He was formerly fixated on Teslas, but now that Poppy has a hybrid he has turned his attention to Lexus electrification.
I know if I remove the backseat to expose the traction battery, I will be his forever hero. (I’m curious, too!) Has anyone out there done this? Any advice to help a budding junior electrical engineer?

be careful obviously around any orange wires. there's also sharp protrusions around the area. extreme injury or worse can result if you touch any high voltage stuff.
you just lift the back seat using your fingers and it pops off.

Not only I remove the rear seat, I removed the battery from the car and formatted all the cells one by one.
