Possible Issues With Hybrid System

Looking at a 2015 GS450H. According to its service history it's has issues with the hybrid battery since 2021 but due to a mixup with the warranty it was never replaced (there is no recourse, the replacement has to come out of pocket). I'm wondering what issues may exist due to not replacing the faulty battery for 3 years.
