Default Vibration problems at 3 miles per hour.

Good to everyone in the forum, I'm new, I have a lexus rx450h 2020 for 3 weeks, since this week the vehicle has started a vibration only at a speed of 3 miles per hour, someone will have had this same problem? I start to accelerate smoothly and at 0 to 3 miles per hour you feel a vibration throughout the vehicle, I changed the transmission oil and the rear differential, both came out with a red color and without inconvenience, the vehicle does it in D and R, you put the vehicle in neutral, the vibration stops. on top of that the switch from electric to gasoline sometimes feels abrupt when I'm stopped, moving feels slightly, checked the differential supports and look good, some recommendation? the vehicle barely has 42 thousand miles and It has all the maintenance done. I haven't taken it to the lexus as it expired the warranty. Any recommendations? thank you very much.

Did you use the prescribed Toyota/Lexus fluid for the 450h hybrid transmission and rear differential, along with the required procedure for the transmission? Both use the same fluid and only Toyota/Lexus OEM fluids are recommended.

Yes, I used the one in the user manual: Toyota WS Automatic Transmission, I extracted the old fluid and put the same amount that came out. The problem is prior to the change of the oil, I did it for preventive maintenance and in case that was the problem, thank you very much for your answer.

I am not keen on some Lexus dealerships, but I have found one that I like and now use. I would take your 450h into a Lexus dealership for service, but before you take it in ask whether they have a Hybrid Specialist Service Tech that can review your situation.
