Ride quality is excellent. This is the first time I've driven with run flats so I can't be certain if things will ride better with regular tires. I'm a happy camper though!

[QUOTE=watt]any of you bothered by the lack of headroom?

I know what you mean, especially when you drive with your back rest straight up. I've reclined mine enough to work perfectly. I actually prefer is leaned back a bit. Have you tried to automatic seat adjustment on the left to drop the seat level?

Good to know you're finding the handling "acceptable", coming from hardcore sports cars. Did you option your 450h with the active stablizer bar?

hmmm,

given their vaunted customer focus, you'd think they'd realise how tall their average customer is.... it's not too bad, not like a porsche 928 was....

i do have the active suspension stuff, and the car is a very tight performance sedan... i havent really pounded my mountains roads yet, but it's quite good.

btw my pals who bought M5's were getting 7 mpg, before they sold them!!!

certainly leaxus has the car for the times, allowing performance oriented customers to have their cake and eat it too... and once gas hits 4,5,6,7 per gallon...

i want them to produce the Volta concept car which they claim gets 30 mpg and 4 sec 0-60

Question for you guys with the active stabilizer option: can it be turned off or adjusted in any way? Or is it always on?

just wondering if you lower the car with aftermarket springs or coilovers and have the option of active stablizer bar...would it mess up the ride?

Cool Website

W/ it being the end of the semester and therefore hectic, somehow I failed to realize that the hybrid was already out. Guess I better start making up my mind on whether I want one ... during the decision making process, I went to Lexus.com to build & price & read what they had to say but there is not any info other than the preview that has been there for a while. Their webmaster needs to pick up the pace

I agree...lexus needs to update their site for the GS450h. They have already updated the ES350 and the RX350 when they were released this year. I don't know what the hold up is since most of the information is already out on the car and the car has been already delievered to some customers.

yeah, I agree. the u.s. lexus web site sucks, always seems to have less detailed information and information comes out very slowly. hard to believe that the lexus web site won some kind of award (most useful to customers or something like that.) the lexus europe web site has some info on the gs450h.

Thanks. Great videos too. A little late but still a good job they've done.

It's said that the GS450h only comes fully loaded for the first 3 months. Only after that will one be able to buy one for $54k.
