MY GS300

Hey everyone

Today, I placed an order on a 2007 Lexus GS450h at Lexus of Norwood (Massachusetts).

The car will arrive on either the 25th or 26th of this month.
When it arrives, I will post pictures.

Its a Black on Black. The GS450h only comes in Silver or Black exteriors. And only in a Black interior.

I chose this car over the 2006 Audi S4 and 2006 Lexus GS430.
Both the S4 and GS430 are great and high-quality cars. So this was a very difficult decision.

More importantly, I am very happy to still be a part of the Lexus family and Club Lexus.

I want to thank everyone for their time and help. I greatly appreciate it.

If any of you have the chance to visit Boston, please let me know. I'll take you out for some beer and food.

It's weird why you only get to pick black or silver for the GS450h in your region though.
I' ve seen in person the GS450h in Icicle Blue Pearl & Flint Mica here as well .

And may I add, nice color combo. Just be sure to get a clear bra ASAP. You want to keep the front end in pristine shape.

Very good point about the dealer trying to add unnecessary options.

I met with the financial manager to discuss the lease terms. He wanted me to add four options. One was some kind of paint job and the other was a “low jack” (I think that is what it is called) which will able it to find your car in case it is stolen. I forgot the other two options.

Financial manager: “You really need these. Or if you do not need all four, then chose which ones you like.”

Me: “…………I’m fine. I do not need any.”

Financial manager: “………………I recommend them.”

Me: “Its ok. But thank you though.”

Financial manager: “………….okay.”

Vancouver. Seems like we can get more color varieties for now, but we only get the GS450h in one trim level, no active stabilizer, & radar cruise etc.

I've placed my deposit in Sept. 05 I believer so about 9 months now...but I know that my color choice for the GS450h is not available right now in the South Kali so I got to wait because my dealer already told me he can reserve a black/black gs450h fully loaded with the next shipment but I said I will wait...

Vancouver is a very very beautiful city. I drove up there from Seattle a few years ago.

So I guess the GS450h in Canada are a bit different than those in the U.S.

Congrats !! Beautiful car. Dont forget to go to Costco's, especially on weekends for free food samplings in case you get tired of ramen.
