Our little guy is moving from a standard car seat (baby to 30lbs) to a booster seat (20~ to 100lbs), but we are not finding many compatible seats for the RX400h. I'm looking for suggestions / recommendations from the group regarding this issue.

Should not be more than $100. I think most places sell it for about $90.
Got my at Target.
Good luck.

I personally use the Recaro booster seat. It gets great reviews on all the websites and is built like a tank. Kind of heavy since it uses an aluminum frame instead of plastic, but I can still move it from car to car with ease. They have two types A 5 point harness type and one that just uses the cars shoulder strap.
Also, we use one of those Cosco one as well. Either fits fine in the RX330.

Thanks for the information and advice.
I spent a couple days after my original post "testing" a few different seats. I quickly came to realize that our back seat, with it's slight recline position allows only those booster seats that also have a way to recline. This narrowed my search, and I finally settled in on the Eddie Bauer Elite Convertible Car Seat (made by Cosco). A little pricey ($180), but our son seems comfortable and it fits well into the back seat.
