True. Lexus also falls under Toyota Motoring Corporation, so the quota also applies to Lexus hybrids.
As far as modding, the only things I have looked at exterior-wise is the add-on mirror near the front wheel well and a body kit. Haven't looked into interior add-ons as I simply wanted the ML audio.
