The problem is that the Camry Hybrid is rated at 10 cu ft or about the size of a subcompact's boot space which is small but looking at it, it looks as if it could carry more than a gen 8 Corolla (98-02) at 12.1 cut ft. I guess it isn't the actual size that matters but how well the boot is shaped to accomodate luggage and such.

Like I said, a loaded LS460L with rear A/C already only has 12 cu. ft. left. If the GS430's 12.7 cu. ft. trunk vs. the GS450h's 7.5 cu. ft. is any indication, a loaded LS600hL will have THE SMALLEST TRUNK of 6.8 cu. ft. (my prediction, since the LS600hL should share the same batteries with the GS450h) in the entire Lexus lineup!!!! Truly pathetic for a flagship sedan if you ask me. Even the SC430 with a spare tire has 8.8 cu. ft. of trunk space!

I still don't understand why the rear A/C has to take so much space either. It only took less than 3 cu. ft. in the LS430 UL.

dont quote me on that. im just going by what ppl are talking about at my dealership.

heres what they are telling me

70-80 ls460
80-95 ls460L
150 ls600HL

prices are fully loaded

they are also telling me that there will only be 1 service advisor for any one who buys the LS600HL and depending on shop size. 1-2 ppl who can ONLY work on them.

from that info. its going to be the DS's who get that job.

and there has been quite a few pre-orders of the LS600HL at my dealership. so

LOL @ my DS doing 5ks

5ks pays us .5 or .6 of an hour and its mainly a lof and rot

That is really helpful info. Quick question (I know it might be on this bbs somewhere but I thought you might have it handy) what is the cubic space in the LS460L--with and without the rear seat a/c, if you know. Thanks again.

I really want to big trunk. I think the S550 is about 16 or 17 for a comparison.

well thats pretty bogus info (150k for LS600h) so you got to wonder about other info as well.

I mean it is so ridicilous it isnt really worth discussing.

As to the special advisor forLS600h, I would expect that... Here in Europe, every dealership that sells Prius has to have special parking, advisors and working place for Prius customers. So nothing strange with LS having all that and much more...

Maybe the trunk space on the LS600h will only be really tiny if you get that rear cooler option.

Kinda worthless video if you don't speak German. Just shows a white LS600h rotating slowly on the turntable.
